We normally practice on the first Friday of the month from 7pm to 8pm in church and as required.

“Open Door” is a bi-monthly magazine full of information about St Mary’s, services, groups within the church and local parish information.

Traidcraft stands for changing people’s lives through fair trade, saving vanishing traditional skills from extinction, and celebrating a world of creativity and culture through quality fair trade products. We’re the original fair trade pioneers, and advocate the importance of organic farming, sustainability, and transparency to the lives of growers and artisans around the world. A range of Traidcraft products are available to purchase in the Church Hall following the 10.15 service every two weeks.

Greasley Branch meets on the third Monday of the month (except August) at 2pm – usually in the Top Room.”
Monday March 16th at 2pm in Church. Lent Service led by the Rev Pat Hemstock this will be followed by refreshments. All welcome.
Monday April 20th at 2pm is our AGM followed by a craft afternoon led by Jane Johnston. We hope to create some items representing the work of Mother’s Union some perhaps for Christmas time.
Come along and have a fun afternoon.
Monday 18th May at 2pm in Church is our open afternoon when Anne Ryan will talk to us about her work with Hedgehogs a charity which looks after injured and orphaned hedgehogs.
This will be followed by refreshments. Visitors £2.
Monday June 15th is our fundraising event for our own charity work with the Mother’s Union. This year we are holding a ‘Strawberry Tea ‘and other goodies to include a bring and buy table, bingo quiz and raffle. All welcome £3 inc. refreshments.
Our Annual Outing this year is a guided visit to the Judicial Courts in Nottingham
A limited number on this event but there may be a few places after members have signed up. This will be Monday July 20th.
Monday Sept 21st is the ‘Wave of Prayer Service” also at 2pm.
Monday October 19th 2pm Valerie Mellors will be speaking to us about Ecclesiastical Embroidery.
Monday November 16th at. 2pm our speaker will be a puppy walker for ‘Guide Dogs for the Blind”
Monday Dec 7th is our Christmas lunch.
